Stonehenge – What Just Happened?
Again, as one my life’s weirdest occurrences. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name but I do remember this extremely odd incident. Literally bumping into someone from my hometown, thousands of miles away. Was that a coincidence or a manifestation created by a mystifying place? Whatever it was, it happened on the Salisbury Plain where my ancient family may have walked. I couldn’t help but to think, “Were they there too? Did anyone recognize me?” I was partner to an inexplicable occurrence. I wonder who I will bump into the next time I visit that transcendent ancient monument.
Heavily accented words spewed from the drivers mouth as I stepped onto the bus, “You almost missed the bus, again.”
This was another “What the heck just happened?” moment in my life. My thoughts swirled as I reflected on the past 45 minutes. Those minutes composed one of the most amazing experiences of my 26 year life. Little did I know that I was but a few miles from another unforgettable event.
